Job Summary

A consumer goods company is in need of a Remote Operations Data Manager.

Must be able to:

• Develop SOPs for catching and correcting operational data issues
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement custom solutions that drive operational efficiencies
• Facilitate end user testing, training, and adoption of newly implemented systems and processes

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record
• At least 5 years work experience with operations systems servicing consumer products and ecommerce
• Experience with project planning and management
• Experience streamlining data flows to enable decision-making in operational functions
• Basic understanding of warehousing and ecommerce operations, best practices and business processes
• Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by the business
