An academic publishing company has a current position open for a Remote Operations Digital Production Manager.

- Overseeing the creation of high-quality digital products
- Serving as the primary contact and consultant for our digital solutions
- Mentoring, training, and developing staff
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s related to publishing, or equivalent education and work experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience or the equivalent demonstrated experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff and vendor resources
- Experience initiating, leading, and overseeing process improvement initiatives
- Solid experience and firm understanding of XML Metadata
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and PDFs, and issue, schedule, or project tracking software
