Job Summary

Are you the most efficient person you know? We're looking for a rock star Director to lead our Operations Department! The goal of this role is to provide the right planning, people, processes, and projects so our company can scale infinitely.


Results (Expected Accomplishments)

Lead Operations Department
Oversee all project management
Oversee all Standard Operating Procedures
Oversee all Human Resources and Technology Resources
Run all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
Help plan, attend, and execute annual team retreats
Oversee company budget for tools, systems, people, and events
Establish KPI's and budgets for all 3 departments in the company
Assist with management of profit and loss


Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

Plan our entire operations cadence by leading all strategy meetings for the year, quarter, month, and week
Implement our entire operations cadence by leading all execution meetings for the year, quarter, month, and week
Oversee the daily huddle meeting (conducted by the Operations Manager)
Coordinate all performance reviews with the team
Coordinate all weekly one-on-one meetings with team managers and their direct reports
Conduct second interviews with qualified candidates
Optimize and maintain all standard operating procedures for all projects
Optimize and maintain all onboarding and offboarding procedures
Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding when we hire and dismiss
Optimize the creation, maintenance, and posting of all job descriptions
Oversee the accountability chart (org chart)
Help conduct regular audits on employee performance and time management
Conduct regular audits on employee projects and task management
Monitor all tasks in Asana to ensure that deadlines are met across all departments
Oversee all payroll for employees
Oversee payment of all independent contractor invoices
Oversee payment of all affiliates
Oversee all team retreats
Oversee all booked travel for the team as needed
Oversee all employee gifts and swag purchases
Oversee all reimbursement for employees, as needed
Oversee all meetings and maintain the company calendar
Oversee Operations Manager and Systems Manager
Audit and refine our systems for scalability and efficiency
Contribute feedback on inefficient processes to move the needle
Maintain a budget for Operations Department

You have experience leading remote teams in a startup or tech environment

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment

Compensation:
$75,000 - $103,000 / Year
