Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Operations Director.

Must be able to:

• Hire, train and manage a large customer facing team
• Create processes around our operations (customer success, fulfillment, scheduling)
• Analyze those processes using data and making decisions based on them

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Previous leadership experience in a business operational role required, ideally in the healthcare space
