Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years in a finance, project management, resource management, or operations role in a creative agency environment
- Can deliver thoughtful, thorough, and intentional projects, reports, communications
- Able to embrace data-driven processes and insights
- Coaching and supporting others who might ask for help
