An association management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing customer support activities of the Credentialing operations team
- Managing processes for candidate audits
- Carrying out other duties as assigned by the VP of Credentials and Standards
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or combined education or related experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) databases
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance management
