Job Summary
A provider of title insurance and settlement services has a current position open for a Remote Operations Director in Irving.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement goals, objectives, and work standards for the department
- Apply policies and procedures that comply with regulatory and statutory guidelines, rules, and standards
- Plan, organize, administer, review, and evaluate the activities of professional, technical, and office support staff.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans
- Ability to learn needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources
- Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of complex projects
