Job Summary
A business management consulting firm is in need of a Remote Operations Director in Philadelphia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the process of driving new business
- Assessing all internal systems
- Executing and overseeing several projects simultaneously
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Quarterly travel to meet with the principals in person
- You are most comfortable being both a doer and a director
- You need to be a systems thinker and problem solver
- You know the business life cycle of a professional services firm inside and out
- You are comfortable and have experience reporting directly to two owners
- You have an MBA, advanced degree, or comparable work experience
