Job Summary

A contact center is seeking a Remote Operations Director in Shreveport.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and activities
• Develop/implement/manage employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to the development of infrastructure, processes, and systems

Qualifications Include:

• Travel up to 50% as required
• 5+ years senior level management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 8+ years prior work experience leading operations in multiple contact centers
• Strong financial management and analytical capabilities a must
