Remote Operations Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Operations Engineer, the successful candidate will provide human oversight and domain expertise to AI agents, addressing operational challenges in industrial environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize AI-powered dashboards to continuously monitor production performance and critical operating metrics
• Review AI-generated alarms and process deviations, prioritizing anomalies to ensure operational continuity
• Act as a liaison between AI insights and on-site personnel, guiding workflows and supporting operators in real-time

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or a related technical field
• 4-8 years of experience in operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience with industrial systems including DCS, SCADA, and Industrial Automation
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to improve manufacturing efficiency and yield
• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills for leading technical discussions
