Job Summary

A staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Operations Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Work as a Network Operation Center Engineer
  • Support MES technical team during 8:00 am - 5:00 pm shift
  • Participate in project meetings to support preliminary build, troubleshooting and maintenance of network hardware

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years in NOC (Network Operation Center) environment
  • Experience with Cisco Voice and CCNA Collab Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
