Job Summary

A payment technology company is in need of a Remote Operations Engineer I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to Application Support emails, incidents, and requests
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on each reported Incident
  • Escalating Incidents which cause/resolution cannot be determined

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3 years of production support and monitoring of web applications and services
  • Experience writing and managing knowledge bases and incidents
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Understanding of data modeling and general SQL database querying
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile/Lean development, application design, software development, and testing
