Remote Operations Generalist

Job Summary

A financial services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Generalist .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing multiple operations functions
• Serving as a team resource, filling whatever needs exist based on volume, staffing variations
• Participating in and/or leading special projects, both inside and outside of the department

Required Skills:

• Must have strong time management and organizational skills
• 2+ years of experience in a financial services environment (i.e. brokerage, banking, insurance, etc.) required
• An advanced knowledge of procedures and systems associated with multiple functions on a team within a department
• Must have excellent word-processing and spreadsheet skills
• Appropriate securities registrations will be required if it is required for the work in the department
