Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Operations Head .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and managing operational capabilities, processes, and systems
- Managing the sourcing, training/onboarding, and continued quality of the network of 1099 providers
- Managing the provider supply/availability to ensure they have a sufficient number
Skills and Requirements Include:
- You have at least 4-8 years of work experience in a strategic, analytical role in management consulting
- Have previously hired and managed a team
