Remote Operations Management Director

Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Operations Management Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing/enhancing governance structures for program management
• Being accountable for achieving significant improvement in performance of Operations teams
• Developing a medium to long term roadmap to drive optimization of costs for delivering operational support to programs

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, business administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Excel
• Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
