Position Summary
This role will work closely with the Director of Operations and Inventory & Logistics Manager overseeing the daily operational tasks within the company. We are seeking a proactive, smart and hyper organized Operations Manager with exceptional problem solving skills to manage the daily operations.
This person will have superior knowledge and experience in:
Managing 3PLs communication and processes
ERP system integrations and maintenance
Warehouse systems and integrations
Supply chain management
International logistics and shipping cost optimization
Ecommerce business model, specifically using shopify
Inventory management across multiple sales channels
SKU management within the fashion industry
You're good at:
Juggling many balls at the same time without dropping a single one
Being a quick, responsive, and clear communicator
Getting stuck in, you're not afraid to get your hands dirty and help out where needed.
You're a whizz when it comes to excel!
You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You're going to take ownership of your time and workflow and truly make a difference.
You love slow fashion and living a sustainable lifestyle.
You have experience working within Google Sheets.
You have experience within the fashion industry and understand the complexities of style/color/size variations and batches.
Making coffee at your home office this position works remotely.
