Remote Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of 5 during the critical morning dispatch window, the full-time Remote Operations Manager will ensure classrooms are filled, support school partners, and engage Guest Teachers while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, time-sensitive AM dispatch team, delegating effectively and providing coaching and support
• Ensure operational excellence with a target of 98%+ fill rates and respond quickly to incidents and escalations
• Build strong relationships with schools and Guest Teachers, serving as the primary liaison for Tier 3 school partners

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience leading or managing a team with strong delegation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and customer support platforms
• Experience teaching or working with students is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement
