Job Summary

A tutoring and test prep company is in need of a Remote Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and following established SOP for hybrid staffing and operations
  • Working with product and marketing to ensure Live Online free events are created
  • Running quality test preparation courses

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong track record of delivering strong customer service
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Excellent supervision, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 3 years -experience in leadership, managerial, and professional development skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately
