Job Summary

A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Drive and scale elements of the core customer journey and data flow
• Identify opportunities to grow our product offering and launch / implement
• Define, implement and scale critical workflows and processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Program management or similar
• Ability to execute processes and projects with minimal guidance
• Ability to structure complex projects and define goals / direction
• Ability to define, iterate and implement processes and workflows
• Champion problem solver with ability to foresee and proactively address challenges
• Strong cross-functional collaborator
