Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company has a current position open for a Remote Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing and coordinating the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions
• Ensuring quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers
• Accomplishing results through the effective management of staff

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Eight to ten years of operations-related experience
• Considerable knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area preferred
• In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations preferred
