• Managing day to day operations of a Therapy team or the Prescriber team
• Ensuring compliance with Therapy or Prescriber team policies and procedures
• Addressing performance issues as they arise

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years healthcare operations management experience
• Staff management
• Experience with data driven decision making
• Detail-oriented multitasker
• Excellent communication skills including clear written communication
