Job Summary

An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Manager in Hoboken.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and implementing protocols and policies for managing company equipment inventory at all locations
  • Conducting daily operations call with recruiters to get updates on all KTP locations
  • Designing, developing and deploying training sessions for all teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A passion for enriching the lives of young kids
  • 5 years experience in an operational supervisory capacity
  • Experience creating budgets, developing KPIs and managing multiple teams and projects
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
