Job Summary
A nutrition software company is seeking a Remote Operations Manager in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and performing quality controls and monitor production KPI's
- Ensuring that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner
- Creating and managing the company's projects regarding operations and production
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel will be required for initial training, periodic manufacturing site visits, expo attendances and annual company retreat
- Minimum of 1 year experience with supervising, hiring and training employees
- 4 yr degree in business operations or related field +2 years of field experience or Min 5 yrs operations management experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with fitness, supplements, or nutrition
- Ability to use project management and ERP software
