Job Summary
A company that provides an open-source time-series database is filling a position for a Remote Operations People Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a complex, high-volume interview calendar across multiple time zones, for all roles, both tech, and non-tech
- Maintaining an organized applicant tracking system to ensure no candidate or piece of data falls through the cracks
- Assisting with onboarding protocols
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

- 2+ years of administrative or operations experience
- Experience working with people at all levels across the organization, and you proactively work with partners
