Job Summary

A drug wholesale company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Platforms and Automation Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with internal and external customers to understand business needs
• Leading the delivery and lifecycle of services for business strategy development
• Collaborating with client in discerning client business trends and their implications

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related
• 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with knowledge of one process/service
• Experience in managing teams and building relationships with people at a variety of levels
• Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver one or more IT project(s) on time and within budget
• 6 + years of experience in ServiceNow platform with experience leading teams
• Deep experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems
