Remote Operations Professional

Job Summary

Supporting completions operations from an onshore remote operations center, the full-time CWI Remote Operations Professional will ensure compliance with job execution processes, provide real-time technical guidance, and monitor field activities while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle process and executing operational plans according to approved programs
• Providing real-time direction and oversight of well site activities, including monitoring tool performance and cascading operational updates
• Participating in pre-job planning, reviewing procedures, and preparing post-job reports while supporting incident investigations and corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Prior field experience in the product line
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with software applications for remote monitoring and support
• Ability to work a rotational schedule with 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to learn new technical skills related to digital oilfield technologies and transmission protocols
