Job Summary
A legal services technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years in an advanced leadership role. Preferably leading programs and/or cross functional initiatives
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion
- Strong project management skills
