Remote Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the part-time 100% remote Operations Project Manager will manage project workflows, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and ensure accountability among team members while continuously improving processes and outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and optimize project workflows, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
• Manage budgets and resource costs, actively tracking expenditures to maximize quality
• Lead a team of coordinators and writers, holding them accountable for project outcomes and performance standards

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on ownership and accountability
• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Asana, is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage remote teams
• Experience in optimizing processes and implementing training systems
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
