Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Operations Senior Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Identify opportunities for process, operational and technology efficiencies in processes, develop solutions to those opportunities and partner on solving those challenges
- Collaborate with other internal TX and Recruiting Operations, Data and Strategy teams
- Review, analyze and integrate ICR Data to drive decisions and approaches to ICR strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS/BA degree
- 2-4 years of experience in an operations or consulting position
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Workday
- Ability to partner with the Internal Recruiting leadership team to drive global projects
- Ability to assist the global leadership team in organizing and streamlining day to day operations
- Ability to create a template for and present projects/plans/data/results in various means on a quarterly cadence (Excel, Google Docs, Google Slides, Lucid chart, Smartsheets)
