Job Summary

A cloud-based platform is seeking a Remote Operations Software Customer Success Specialist II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing periodic reports and analytics to customers
  • Developing, maintaining, and strengthening customer relationships
  • Managing and resolving all urgent customer issues, escalating to internal teams as necessary

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma with some college in business, marketing or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in customer success/digital marketing or similar function
  • Be self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong phone presence and experience working virtually
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint or G-suite productivity tools as well as web presentation tools
