Job Summary
A cloud-based platform is seeking a Remote Operations Software Customer Success Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing periodic reports and analytics to customers
- Developing, maintaining, and strengthening customer relationships
- Managing and resolving all urgent customer issues, escalating to internal teams as necessary
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma with some college in business, marketing or related field is preferred
- 2+ years' experience in customer success/digital marketing or similar function
- Be self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong phone presence and experience working virtually
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint or G-suite productivity tools as well as web presentation tools
