Remote Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to support operational processes related to insurance cancellations and reinstatements in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process billing tasks related to insurance cancellation and reinstatement transactions
• Conduct follow-up with insurance carriers on incomplete transactions
• Perform general data entry and updates in Salesforce

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including comfort with web-based applications and data entry
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
