Job Summary

Focusing on retrieving and preparing credit union member data, the temporary Remote Operations Specialist will conduct the survey send process, participate in quality assurance, and support data management tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately conduct the survey send process
• Participate in quality assurance by auditing data from other Operations Service Specialists
• Facilitate response rate collection and reporting for clients, ensuring accurate data uploads

Required qualifications

• Strong computer skills with extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license required
• High school degree or equivalent
