Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain appropriate information related to vendors and other relevant information
- Establish standard procedures and blueprint for vendor implementations
- Develop processes to seamlessly engage with our customers' carriers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Less than 10% travel required
- Knowledge of file transfer, data exchange, HCM, and financial services
- knowledge of computer systems, file transfer and data mapping systems, terminology, and methodology
- Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
