Job Summary
A global provider of contact center services has an open position for a Remote Operations Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring, tracking and evaluating associate performance
- Ensuring that underperforming associates meet client expectations
- Resolving customer escalations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s in related field or 1 year experience in customer service or sales or equivalent
- Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
