Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Operations Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assuming leadership responsibility for department tasks and call center activities as required
  • Completing and delivering employee performance appraisals
  • Attending Calibration sessions for the purpose of keeping current on quality changes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 additional years of leadership experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor or management role at a contact/call center
  • Criminal background check is required
  • Problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Must have PC Skills (MS Office Suite) with an emphasis in Excel
