Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Operations Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assuming leadership responsibility for department tasks and call center activities as required
- Completing and delivering employee performance appraisals
- Attending Calibration sessions for the purpose of keeping current on quality changes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or 6 additional years of leadership experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor or management role at a contact/call center
- Criminal background check is required
- Problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Must have PC Skills (MS Office Suite) with an emphasis in Excel
