Job Summary

A business performance consulting company is seeking a Remote Operations Support Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the on/off boarding process for staff and all other related administrative processes
  • Managing the company’s subscription accounts and software platforms
  • Preparing and amending HR documents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Familiarity with basic HR processes
  • Prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and complete work in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitor own work to ensure quality and apply feedback
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and handle frequent change
