A software development firm that creates human resources software is seeking a Remote Operations Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Index cases in Salesforce to assign tasks to various departments for resolution
  • Process payment adjustments
  • Review and update customer cases accurately and timely

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 0% - 5% travel required
  • Ability to identify and seize new opportunities
