Detail-oriented and adaptable professionals will find a remote opportunity as a full-time Operations Support Specialist in the Meal Manager Program, responsible for supporting daily operational quality management, executing standard operating procedures, and monitoring fulfillment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily and hourly operational quality management
• Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures
• Utilize internal systems and tools to monitor fulfillment performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in last-mile logistics, delivery operations, or high-visibility customer support environments
• Operations, logistics coordination, merchant support, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
• Experience using Slack is preferred
• Experience supporting fast-paced operational teams is preferred
