Job Summary

An interviewing service has an open position for a Remote Operations Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with network of technical interviewers to accurately portray candidates’ interview results
  • Providing real-time support to candidates and interviewers during live interviews
  • Developing and executing against communication protocols, messaging, and workflow
