Job Summary
Restaurant365, LLC is in need of a Remote Operations Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Prompting customers for information necessary to troubleshoot problem reports
- Reaching out to customers by phone and / or screen share as necessary to understand problem reports
- Identifying solutions to problem reports and deliver them to customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business and / or finance and / or accounting preferred
- Strong understanding of general business principles
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective oral and written communication
- Strong grasp of software and internet technologies
