Job Summary

A privately-held population health management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Operations System Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with technical resources in engineering and development to design systems
• Client Liaison for Producer Systems
• Managing technical resources to meet development targets for client systems

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription drug coverage
• Knowledge of independent producers (brokers/agents) operational practices
• Basic knowledge of Agile software development philosophies
• Ability to craft user stories and requirements
• Experience with video conferencing and screen share technologies
