A non-profit health insurance company is seeking a Remote Operations Technical Business Analyst III in Dayton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining the group focus, leading meetings toward stated goals and managing the group dynamics
- Recognizing inconsistencies and gaps in a complex business process
- Maintaining requirements traceability throughout the project’s lifecycle
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, and Excel
- Extensive knowledge of IT development cycle and Agile Framework
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in ONBASE is highly preferred
