Job Summary
A corporate travel management firm has a current position open for a Remote Operations Ticketing Consultant in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Complete all functions related to servicing the client from a fulfillment perspective
- Stay abreast of all airline rules and regulations, tariffs
- Suggest alternative courses of action which may be taken
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of travel industry
- High level of knowledge of GDS system
- Knowledge of airline rules and regulations, and reading fare rules
- Minimum of three years travel agency experience
- Ability to work in multiple systems and programs throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and with a team
