Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Operations Transformation and Strategy Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting internal and external diligence, problem structuring, and solutioning
- Collaborating with internal leaders to co-shape our perspective in certain areas
- Flagging risks as they arise
Position Requirements Include:
- A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience
- 8+ years operations, strategy, or business analysis experience (or 6 years + MBA)
- Experience using data to improve programs
- Experience mentoring more junior colleagues
- Experience using Excel/Sheets (charts, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint/Slides
- Experience in a fast-paced operations or strategy environments, and operating with many stakeholders
