A health management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Operations Vice President.

Must be able to:

• Deliver highly efficacious programs while meeting margin requirements
• Develop and oversee the management staff
• Develop strategic and tactical plans to ensure client/program expectations are achieved

Required Skills:

• 10+ years’ experience with the management of nursing/clinical personnel
• 10+ years’ senior-level management experience
• 3+ years’ experience in chronic care management
• Excellent leadership skills
• Demonstrates sound analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement action plans
