Job Summary
A research software developer is seeking a Remote Operations Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Set the strategy for the Operations team
- Grow the Operations team
- Optimize outreach to our participant audience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
- Experience seeking out data to make high-level strategic decisions (e.g. management consulting)
- 3+ years of experience at an operations-heavy company
- Experience owning (and moving) a KPI
- Bonus: Growth / Marketing experience
