An AI company is in need of a Remote Operations Vice President in Boston.

Must be able to:

• Build and oversee a world-class customer delivery organization
• Own escalations and outcomes of customer delivery
• Deliver transparency on the scope and status of the work portfolio

Qualifications Include:

• MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years in managing customer operations teams
• Proven track record with demonstrated financial and organizational impact
• Experience building and managing world-class teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in workflow redesign
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
