A tourism company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Vice President in New York City.

- Leading the recruitment and training process for Destination Experts and other support staff
- Achieving sales training objectives by developing, implementing, and managing ongoing sales training programs
- Defining an oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and associated industry or related business experience
- 15+ years of travel operations management experience
- Demonstrated ability to streamline operations and improve profitability
- Industry experience with luxury and bespoke travel product and their associated markets an asset
- Demonstrated experience working with key industry suppliers
- Outstanding research and analytical capabilities
