  • 15+ years of travel operations management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline operations and improve profitability
  • Industry experience with luxury and bespoke travel product and their associated markets an asset
  • Demonstrated experience working with key industry suppliers
  • Outstanding research and analytical capabilities
