Job Summary

An information technology consultancy is seeking a Remote Oracle Cloud Performance and Learning Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing functional consulting services
  • Conducting Functional/Technical Design Workshops
  • Identifying functionality gaps and build extensions for them

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be willing to travel
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Functional Lead role
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience in Cloud Recruiting/Performance/Learning
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Recruiting/Performance/Learning through a full lifecycle project
  • Ability to lead other functional leads through the different project phases
