Job Summary

A teledentistry company is filling a position for a Remote Oral Care Ecommerce Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of DTC ecommerce business
• Recommending, implementing, and maintaining digital shelf and site enhancements to improve customer experience
• Reviewing, interpreting, and sharing sales trends, product conversion, changes in performance, defining potential opportunities

Required Skills:

• Outstanding analytical skills
• 5-7 years of experience managing B2C ecommerce business and customer experience
• Strong experience with Google Analytics or comparable site analytics tool
• Ability to work independently on advanced projects with little oversight
• Proficiency in office productivity tools
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and data into requirements
